A missed call isn't a lead. It's a contract clock.
A plumber can take a callback at 6pm. A landscaper can quote tomorrow. You can't. The buyer's offer was accepted yesterday and the due diligence window is closing on Thursday. The agent calling you today is calling today.
If you don't answer in the first 30 minutes, the agent does what every agent does β they call the next inspector on their list. By the time you climb out of the crawl space, the appointment is already on someone else's calendar.
You didn't lose because your prices were too high or your reviews weren't good enough. You lost because you were under a house.
Four answers, every time.
Trained on inspector-specific intake. Asks what matters, ignores what doesn't.

- 1Sign up.Tell us your business name, what kinds of inspections you do, and how much you charge. We use it to train your specific receptionist.
- 2Turn on call forwarding from your cell.A single dial code on your existing phone (e.g. *72 on Verizon, **21* on AT&T). When you can't answer, the call forwards to your AI receptionist. Your number on your truck stays the same.

Things inspectors ask before signing up
Will agents hate talking to a robot?
The AI doesn't sound like a robot. It sounds like a competent dispatcher who knows what a 4-point is, what a wind mitigation inspection is, and which questions matter. Agents who've never met an AI receptionist consistently can't tell. The 5% who can will still leave the info β because the alternative is voicemail.
What if my schedule changes mid-call?
It doesn't book without your sign-off. When the AI proposes a time, you get a text with the details and a YES/NO. You decide whether to put it on your calendar. The AI never commits you to a slot you can't make.
Can it handle commercial inspections too?
Yes. During setup you describe which inspection types you offer (residential, commercial, four-point, wind mitigation, pre-listing, new construction phase, etc.). The receptionist only quotes and qualifies the ones you actually do.
What if the caller asks for pricing?
Two modes. If you give us base pricing during setup, the AI can quote the range. If you'd rather quote every job yourself, it tells the caller you'll send a quote by text within the hour and captures the property details so you can.
What does it cost?
$149/month flat. Pays for itself if it captures one inspection a month. Most solo inspectors miss four to eight referrals a month.
