Will agents hate talking to a robot?

The AI doesn't sound like a robot. It sounds like a competent dispatcher who knows what a 4-point is, what a wind mitigation inspection is, and which questions matter. Agents who've never met an AI receptionist consistently can't tell. The 5% who can will still leave the info — because the alternative is voicemail.

What if my schedule changes mid-call?

It doesn't book without your sign-off. When the AI proposes a time, you get a text with the details and a YES/NO. You decide whether to put it on your calendar. The AI never commits you to a slot you can't make.

Can it handle commercial inspections too?

Yes. During setup you describe which inspection types you offer (residential, commercial, four-point, wind mitigation, pre-listing, new construction phase, etc.). The receptionist only quotes and qualifies the ones you actually do.

What if the caller asks for pricing?

Two modes. If you give us base pricing during setup, the AI can quote the range. If you'd rather quote every job yourself, it tells the caller you'll send a quote by text within the hour and captures the property details so you can.
